Just upgraded my SR today. The MH FMH is very smooth, and the swash looks well-built. The slight head vibration that I couldn't get rid of before is now completely gone. Hope this wind goes down tomorrow so I can get a few flights in.

Thanks, guys.
Yeah - I also prefer functional upgrades over bling. If the part also improves appearance - that's a bonus. :)
I am concerned about one thing, though. The hub can rotate slightly on the main shaft. The shank of the bolt that holds the hub on the shaft is slightly smaller in diameter than the hole in the shaft. It doesn't seem like I can tighten the bolt enough to stop the rotation. Any suggestions on what I should do about that?

It's a common problem. I think just about every Align model I have does that. Luckily on the Align models you can tighten it enough usually. My Blade CP Pro also has the issue only on that they used a roll pin instead of a screw
My suggestion would be to:
A.) Tighten it the best you can and let it go.
B.) Fill the hole in the main shaft with JB Weld and drill a smaller bolt hole in the JB Weld.
C.) Spray the bolt with Dry silicone spray and JB Weld it in the hole. When the JB weld sets up the silicone should allow you to turn the bolt back out.
D.) Experimentation with other adhesives. Maybe a lil green locktite between the hub and shaft before you tighten it.

Mike,
Thanks for the info. I swapped the threaded-shank bolt that came with the new hub for the original shoulder-bolt from the plastic hub, and added a safety-nut. Seems to be solid, now.
So far, I like the new head & swash a lot. It's like getting new tie-rod ends & ball-joints in your car - after driving for years with a 1/4-turn of play in the wheel. :)

I like your idea better. I was hoping my stupid ideas would heal direct you to some other correct answer :)
