mflander and I did some indoor micro-ing this afternoon and my Gaui was more stable then ever with the flybar weights I added. I went with two wheel collars per side @ 8 grams each, so 16 grams on each paddle. I can't wait for tomorrow to try it in a larger space.

I also made a carbon tail pushrod and the tail seemed to hold better than before. The original pushrod was wire that bowed and vibrated a lot. It didn't have a support like the 250, although they offer one as an upgrade now. The beastly tail has always blown out when inverted but I haven't flipped the new setup yet. Hopefully it'll behave better.

Good news. Gratz. That seems like alot for that lil heli tho O.o Maybe take some weight off, lower the head speed and possibly tone down the AIL/ELV swash settings or some expo. So many variables >.<

I've heard bumping the headspeed makes them more stable. The issues it has is more with stability than over-control. Anyway, more flights will tell.
So many variables
with little room for error :)

Well adding 32grams will make it heavier and more stable for sure. Adding 32grams to that lil flybar just seems extreme :)

yeah when you put it like that... :)

On the other hand, it's still 40 grams lighter than mike flander's 250...

My G200 was a tad squirrly at first, but now I run about 30 on the expo with the small gaui weights on the flybar, and regular flight is very stable, butI can still throw er around as much as I want and that response is very quick.
