It appears to be a 90 sized Miniature Aircraft model. Although the site did not say much else. Sorry I did not find anything else.:doh:

Yup, I know it's a MA 90 Size bird. Just didn't know what the "HR" stood for. High ratio? Jakes guesses were much cooler. :)
