Looks like Align will be in the 300 size market soon, I give it about a year.

I'm assuming he meant that since someone else came out with one that Align would have to copy them :).

yup - but competition in each class is definitely a good thing, so I welcome it

Possible but I doub't Align will mess with that class any time soon.

My view is probably slanted tho since I don't see the point of marketing a 250, 300 and 450 class.

But do they currently have the will or resources to retool manufacturing and design a new model line.

They seem to have taken clues from the auto industry. Make multiple versions of the same car to give people variety while maintaing parts compatability where possible between varients.

It's entirely possible but I'm looking at them coming out with new versions of the current line-up. I have to believe there's some fund raising going on with the new limited edition silver models and the sport. Use up old stock in preparation for something new maybe. Then we have their foray into the servo's, gyro's and other electronics.

I speculate they are busy with other things. Trex 300 would be neat tho. I'd have to get it just to have some more of those align stickers.

It looks like from the pics that Gaui is doing it by beefing up the 200 frames and grips, and reusing almost everything else as is.

We don't need no stinkin' stickers, or decals :mad: - we do it the real way, with paint and brushes

Of course, if we're not Jake, the results are pretty stinkin' :strobe:
