Just got back from the field a few minutes ago. I ran out with a propane tank to make sure the grill I brought out was still working. I had not used it in a while and things tend to break when just sitting around.

Anyway, you will be glad (maybe sad if your messed in the head

) to know we will not be having mouse with our burgers and/or brats. The flame from the burners sent mother mouse and at least two babies running into the woods. She stopped once and looked really pissed at me.

Why am I the guy always finding the mice out there.

The grill is working and ready to go.

Hope you guys have a great time. I really wanted to make this one. But we're off to Duluth in the morning. They rescheduled the chill race and it's looking like a good weekend to get a last race in outdoors.

I hope you all have a great time .Play nice ,fly hard,and try to stay dry and warm looks like it should be desent saturday and an iffy sunday .I wish i could be there but the woods are calling my name .(HUNT FIRST FLY LATER)Cant wait to hear about it and see some pics and vids.

My buddy Ray sent me copies of some of the events they did back in the 80's (I think) when we were spectators at a few fun flys. Should be fun to watch.

I can smell the fresh baked cookies now.

Doug should update the calendar on the site to show our event

I'm pumped. The reactor will fly tomorrow! Still needs some work(wiring needs to be cleaned up and the engine needs to be moved and the cowl... etc. etc. etc) but it is good enough to get airborne tomorrow! Should be fun. Gonna relax with a beer for now and get to bed soon. Plan to be at the field around 8ish. See you guys tomorrow!!!

Same here. Instead I use some shots of SAMBVCA, MMMMM Good!!

I just finished getting everything ready, I hope. I lit a match to the propane and fire came out, so it should be good.

Kidding, I went and had it filled today so it's good.

Enough ramblings. See you all tomorrow morning. Maybe I should just drive out there now and wait for you's...
